Where is the nearest free car park?

We have limited spaces out the back, and if they are full two blocks down clyde street free all day parking is available. Otherwise parking in town is free from 6pm through till 9 am next day.

A large pay car park building is situated directly beside us.

Are we open 24 hours?

Open from 7am -8pm in winter and till 9pm in summer.

Check-in from 2pm - 9.30pm. Late check ins between 9.30pm to 11pm must be made by prior arrangement, and an additional fee of $10 might apply for late checkins

Taxi is approx.$16 Plus a $4 airport fee

Is it safe to book accommodation with my credit card:

Yes it is very safe to book with your credit card. The numbers are encrypted and is protected by ssl (secured global sign). We do not charge your credit card provided its just to secure the booking.

Do I need my own bedding?

No we provide sheets and duvets and pillows, and towels are $3 hire.

Do you have bike storage?

Yes in a secured courtyard.

Do you have secure bag storage?

Yes $2 lockers for smaller items $5 a day for large packs and tramping gear.

Do you have long term storage?

Yes $5 a day.

Do you have security surveillance?

Yes 24 hour. Entrance to the building is by key card only.
